Celebrate Caledon with a Card to Your Loved One!

Share your passion for your community by giving a donation in the name of a family member or friend! We will promptly send a card celebrating the occasion.

By making a gift donation to Caledon Community Services, you are not only remembering a special person, you are making a difference in supporting your community.

For a minimum donation of $15, your thoughtfulness will be announced via an e-card or postal mail with your personal message. If you prefer, you can arrange a mailing by phoning our office at 905.584.2300.

How it Works:

1. Enter the amount, frequency and fund/designation.
2. Write your message to your loved one; decide whether you want to send an e-card or a card through postal mail.
3. Add this donation to your checkout Giving Basket on the CanadaHelps.org website.
4. Pay for the donation and receive your receipt.
