The CCS Stores want feedback from you, our customers and donors! It is quick, easy, and some people even say fun to complete! It is our new online customer and donor survey!
Learning about your experiences, expectations, and suggestions is the best way for our stores to assess how well we are meeting the needs of our community, by adjusting our selection, services and set up. Your input also is important to help us plan for the future.
We have put a great amount of time and effort into crafting questions to understand our donors and customers, to get a real sense of the issues that can truly make a difference. You can be assured that we will be reading your input carefully and taking it seriously.
