Supportive Housing
Seniors living in six Peel Living buildings receive the support they need to remain independent and age in the comfort of their homes. Non-medical services include:
- Personal hygiene and activities of daily living
- Homemaking services
- Care coordination
- Reassurance and safety checks via phone or in-person
In partnership with the Region of Peel, our direct services are complimented by case management, referrals and transportation services, all in an effort to preserve clients’ health and well-being.

A Story of Compassion
“Caledon Community Services provided around the clock in-home care to our aunt who succumbed to the ravages of cancer. She received manyvisits each day and her diet and medication were monitored promptly and efficiently by CCS staff.
We were comforted with the knowledge that through the efforts of these professional and caring people, she was allowed to spend as much time as possible in the comfort of her own home.”
