Management

In the CCS Matrix model, the Resource Coordination Team (RCT) is a resource body. Its members share knowledge, promote operational efficiencies and facilitate timely planning amongst themselves and all CCS programs and operations. RCT helps CCS provide the best possible professional and volunteer services to our community.
Within our matrix management model, CCS programs and their staff and volunteers are supported through priority-setting, constant tracking of commitments and appropriate resourcing of the work to be done. We believe that this provides our staff and volunteers with more opportunities to use their abundant talents and pursue their interests. RCT constantly answers the question, “How can we work better together?”

Director, Fundraising & Communications: Fiona Ott
fott@ccs4u.org
905.584.2300 ext. 222
When I was a youth I made two important decisions: Ice-cream vendors were too expensive and we needed a community basketball net. I gathered up a group of like-minded teens and we ran a tuck-shop, selling cheaper ice-cream. We bought ourselves a basketball net. I may not have known then that I was a fundraiser but I do know now. And I'm loving it!
I have always been inspired by the difference we can make in our world when we come together. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to make even bigger dreams a reality for Caledon.
I have spent ten years in the community services sector, eating and breathing fundraising. I love enabling people to make a difference through philanthropic behaviour. I am an accredited member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and am nearing completion of my Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) designation.

She strongly believes that all levels of care and local programs must work together to meet the diverse needs of those in the community.
Manager, Supportive Housing: Anne McQuarrie
amcquarrie@ccs4u.org
905.584.2300 ext. 265
I joined the CCS team in 2001 working first as a PSW then Team Leader, and am now a Manager of our Supportive Housing Program. My passion for the Supportive Living Program can be contributed to having seen firsthand my mother-in-law’s experiences with declining health and abilities while living in an area where there weren’t many personal supports. I would love to see a similar program to CCS’ in as many communities as possible for our aging population. Supporting those who worked so hard to improve their communities in the past will ensure our choices of care when we need assistance with our activities of daily living in the future.
When I’m not at work, I can usually be found spending my time reading stories and playing games with my beautiful grandchildren who are the joy of my life.
