Ontario Works Keys Program
Ontario Works Jobs Development (aka the KEYS program) provides support, coaching, workshops and guidance to Ontario Works clients who are committed to finding work.
Topics covered include life skills, job readiness, time management, anger management, communication skills and conflict resolution.
Facilitators develop strategic alliances with businesses that focus on the skill sets of the clients and provide opportunities for employment.
