CCS programs help young and old pursue their growth, health and independence while seeking solutions to those barriers that interfere with their well-being. The success of CCS is based on client-focused services, program innovation, volunteerism, community–building and a myriad of partnerships. At the heart of CCS are hundreds of volunteers with new people and entire families coming aboard often.
