Stan Shabason
Stan moved to Caledon in 1979 and began volunteering for CCS more than twenty years ago. Since joining the Board, he has served on committees dealing with our stores, finance and audit, corporate governance and the Local Health Integration Network.
Stan’s professional career has been in various aspects of the building industry; he currently operates as a broker selling masonry products to building contractors. Stan is also an accomplished musician composing his own pieces and can often be heard playing the piano in restaurants in and around Caledon.
When he’s not running his business or playing the piano, you might recognize him but only as a blur as he passes you on one of Caledon’s beautiful mountain bike or cross country ski trails!
