Rosemarie DuPont

Rosemarie DuPont was born in Oakville and has lived in Toronto, Ottawa and British Columbia. She has resided in Caledon for seven years. Rose joined the Board of Directors in the spring of 2008 and is currently part of the Fundraising, Planned Giving and Gala Committees.

Rose has volunteered throughout her life, including The John Howard Society, the Humane Society and most recently as Hospitality Chairperson for the Albion Bolton Agricultural Fair. She is a current member of the local environmental group called Green T and is also a member of the Ad Hoc Kitchen Committee for the Hospice Caledon Bethell House.

She began her career as a Chef after completing her apprenticeship at the Windsor Arms Hotel in Toronto. Rose has worked in many fine-dining establishments over many years, and is currently a Hospitality Consultant. She also writes for the Caledon Living magazine.

She is very honoured to be a part of CCS and has been very impressed with the solid commitment she has witnessed amongst the many volunteers and staff within the organization. Rose resides in rural Caledon and enjoys hiking the numerous Caledon trails.
